I am concerned about costs, quality, schedules and change orders – How can your company reduce my anxiety over these issues?

We always estimate projects based on plans and specifications; however, we go one step further and review them for the things that may be omitted. This allows us to provide a more comprehensive initial cost number reducing the likelihood for future change orders. We look for alternatives (value engineering) that will reduce construction costs and/or time without diminishing the desired level of quality. Alan Jeskey Builders lives by the cliché’ that we expect what we inspect; therefore, we thoroughly manage our jobs at production, project management and administrative levels to insure that budgets are met, projects are completed within schedule and the level of professionalism and project expectations are delivered.

How is your operation managed?

Alan Jeskey Builders is technologically advanced using some of the best, most current, software to handle the entire accounting, project management and scheduling spectrum. We use PDA’s and notebook computers in the field providing real-time access and the ability to manage, on the fly, anywhere within the Las Vegas Valley. Our management staff is professional and extremely experienced. Alan Jeskey Builders is professionally managed and a very well run organization – that is one of the reasons our employee turnover is very small.

Do you offer design services?

We have long established relationships with various architects and engineers that we have done many projects with in the past. The professionals we use are very good at their respective jobs and have a proven and successful track record doing design-build with Alan Jeskey Builders and our clients.

What type of work does Alan Jeskey Builders do?

We have an experience and very diverse staff with a knowledge base that allows us to do anything from a tenant improvement, commercial/industrial ground-up construction, off-site and on-site work to a full design build taking a customers concept and turning that dream into reality.

We do take care of smaller items such as building maintenance and repairs but only for those customers we have developed relationships with - We like to take care of our customers.
